Progressives come up with the most tricky schemes to advance their agenda. The current media hype over Global Warming is a prime example of one of these schemes. So many people have been deluded into thinking that Global Warming is a real problem, and that mankind needs to take action to stop it. So much time and money is spent to try and convince American citizens, as well as citizens from other countries of the truth of Global Warming. The economic “stimulus” bill that our Congress and Presidential Administration passed earlier this year included tons of money for the production of “green” cars and “green” facilities, among other things, in order to slow global warming. Al Gore, our 45th Vice President, starred in the 2006 documentary: An Inconvenient Truth, which was used to scare more people into believing that the earth is experiencing global warming and allowing the liberals to spend more money and take away more of our freedoms all in the name of fighting Global Warming. It is sad to see that more and more people are jumping on the global warming bandwagon. Corrupted politicians use global warming to push their political agenda. Most of these politicians are progressives who use popular belief in global warming to gather money and support for their twisted politics. I hope that this article helps you to see that global warming is nothing but progressive propaganda.
Carbon Dioxide is an important part of the Earth’s atmosphere, without it, plants could not photosynthesize and instead would starve. Of course mankind could not survive without trees, because the oxygen content in the air we breathe would slowly decrease to zero. Carbon dioxide is also one of the greenhouse gasses, which means that it contributes to a process known as the greenhouse effect. The greenhouse effect is the process by which certain gases (principally water vapor, carbon dioxide, and methane) trap heat that radiates from earth. In other words, of all the energy that comes from the sun in the form of light, some of this energy is radiated from the earth, back into space in the form of infrared light. Greenhouse gases trap some of this infared light, and uses it to heat up the atmosphere.
Since the industrial revolution in the 1800’s, the concentration of Carbon Dioxide in the earth’s atmosphere has increased enormously. Many assume that since man has pumped so much more Carbon dioxide back into the atmosphere, the greenhouse effect must trap more heat, and in so doing, raise the average global temperature of the earth. This is simply not true. As man has pumped more and more Carbon dioxide into the atmosphere, the temperature has stayed virtually the same. Also, although man has pumped so much Carbon Dioxide into the atmosphere, 97% of the Carbon Dioxide content in the atmosphere is produced by natural cause. The 3% that man has placed in the atmosphere is just not enough to cause global warming.

Al Gore is one of the many Statists who have profited hugely by spreading global warming propaganda. The more people believe in global warming, the more money they will be glad to give to global warming advocates like Al Gore. The consequences of this propaganda reach further than the personal gain of corrupted politicians. I have already mentioned that the economic stimulus bill contained millions of dollars for the production of “green” cars and facilities. It is disappointing that so many Americans have  fallen for this trick.

According to the latest Rasmussen Polling, President Barrack Obama’s approval rating has gone down to 51% among Americans, the lowest that they have ever been. President Obama defeated Senator MCcain in the Presidential race by 52% of the vote. For the first time, Obama has been actually losing support. Only months after his election, Obama’s propoganda is starting to wear thin. More Americans are beginning to see that the Administrations massive spending is not solving our nation’s problems. If this keeps up, the 2012 Republican Party nominee for President will likely not have trouble getting into office. Also, the fact that Senator MCcain was not a very Conservative nominee hurt him in his run for President. If the Republican Party can muster up a good Conservative leader for the run in 2012, they will gather much more support among the people. Let’s hope that more Americans will wake up and reject the propoganda that the liberals try to feed to them.

Earlier this year, Congress passed an $800,000,000,000 stimulus package, supposedly designed to stimulate the economy. So far it has proved to be an utter failure. Apart from a few short term gains, our economy has only suffered from this massive Government spending. As of today, the U.S. National debt is $11,528,000,000,000!
If this dept was divided among the estimated 306,000 people in America, each citizens share of this debt would be $37,611. The National Dept has continued to increase an average of 3.88 Billion since September 28, 2007. Unemployment rates are approaching 10%. The stimulus bill has done nothing to help our economy, but instead has made it worse by adding to the debt that America has already built up. Now the Democrats are pressing for another massive spending bill to add to the last one!  President Obama has said that another stimulus bill is not needed at the moment, but will not take any options off the table for addressing a potentially deepening economic crisis. A second economic stimulus package would only do more damage to our economy. We who love America must fight against the passing of such a bill, and any other bill that promotes massive Government spending. Sarah Palin announced today that she is resigning as Governor of Alaska.  She will step down at the end of the month, and will be transferring power to Lt. Governor Sean Parnel. If Palin decides to run for President in 2012, she will be able to avoid the difficult task of running for President while serving as Governor of Alaska. I believe that Palin’s resignation was well timed, because now she can spend the next three years gathering support across the nation, instead of spending time and energy serving as Governor.
